Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, investor relations, data analytics or accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Programming experience strongly recommended; VBA/macros preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling aptitude.
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in messaging and creation of client collateral.
• Prepare client materials including portfolio reviews and benchmarking.
• Complete RFPs, RFIs, DD questionnaires and ad hoc requests.
• Assist in updating marketing collateral such as pitchbooks and educational pieces.
• Enhance client experience with white papers, webcasts, newsletters.
• Create analytical models for client and prospect needs, including cash flow projections
• Coordinate with data management, client service, and technology to streamline reporting
• Review drafts from analysts and ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support existing investors and respond to questions promptly
• Coordinate client events, onsite meetings, webinars, and conferences
• Monitor industry data for relevant insights
