Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate for the Information Management Group within the JPMorgan Private Equity Group (PEG).

The role focuses on managing client portfolios allocated to private equity funds and supporting portfolio managers through analysis of investment information, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The associate will develop workflows to ensure accurate and timely transaction reporting, enhance data integrity, and optimize resource allocation across client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting and operational experience, with private equity exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent and knowledge of private equity transactions.
• Strong communication, spreadsheet, and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction activity to ensure proper action in accordance with its instructions.
• Coordinate with clients and portfolio managers on information needs and discrepancies.
• Approve transactions captured in Pegasus and ensure proper posting to the Private i system.
• Prepare transaction notification packets for clients’ custodian and disseminate to internal users.
• Reconcile transaction activity between custodian and Private i reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to client and portfolio manager information requests and prepare periodic reports.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports as required in agreements with clients and distribute to stakeholders.
• Evaluate investment performance and identify process efficiencies to support growing business.
• Assist CFO in management reporting and related activities.
