This top 20 AM Law firm is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their funds team, focusing on private investment funds with an emphasis on secondary and liquidity transactions.

Ideally, you have 3-6 years of experience working collaboratively in teams and independently managing key aspects of secondary transactions for private equity sponsors and secondary investors.

Experience in general fundraising or co-investments is a plus!

You must have a strong academic background, relevant experience from a similar firm, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
