Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Insurance Due Diligence Advisor to lead commercial P&C due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers. You will manage multi‑project workstreams, coordinate with HUB specialists, and present findings to PE deal teams and executives.

You will translate complex risk into actionable guidance, leverage HUB’s national network, and drive timely reports in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple engagements

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial insurance due diligence engagements from kickoff through final written report
• Analyze P&C insurance programs for coverage adequacy, exposures and pricing benchmarks
• Prepare and present written due diligence reports for PE clients and deal advisors
• Coordinate with HUB specialty and industry experts on complex coverage areas
• Collaborate with HUB’s Employee Benefits due diligence team on shared engagements
• Communicate with target company management and C-suite executives to collect information
• Review and interpret financial statements and risk management programs of target companies
• Support ongoing client relationship management with PE firms and repeat acquirer clients
