Job summary

HUB International's Private Equity and M&A practice seeks an Insurance Due Diligence Advisor to lead the full due diligence process from kickoff to final report, coordinating with PE deal teams and deal advisors to deliver a comprehensive insurance view across target companies in manufacturing, healthcare, and more.

This role requires strong analytical and written communication skills, 3+ years of commercial P&C experience, and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and written communication skills for deal teams and executives.
• 3+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience with knowledge of property, casualty, and specialty lines.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements under deadlines in a deal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial insurance due diligence engagements from kickoff to final report.
• Analyze P&C programs for coverage adequacy and pricing benchmarks.
• Prepare and present due diligence reports for PE clients and deal advisors.
• Coordinate with HUB experts to address complex coverage areas.
• Collaborate with HUB's Employee Benefits due diligence team on shared engagements.
• Communicate with target company management and executives to collect information.
• Review financial statements and risk management programs of target companies.
• Support ongoing client relationships with PE firms and repeat acquirers.
