The firm specializes in healthcare investments, focusing on sub-verticals such as life sciences, healthcare services, providers, and technology. The firm is highly detail-oriented and highly collaborative and seek to partner with entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and owners who are passionate about building outstanding companies and making a positive impact on their employees, customers, and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Source, manage outreach, and screen new investment prospects
• Conduct financial modeling of investment opportunities
• Perform market research and competitive analysis
• Execute investment due diligence and transactions
• Participate in internal investment committee discussions and external company meetings
• Assist in financial reporting and investor communication

Qualifications:
