Job summary

Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, seeks an Associate in Private Equity ICS to help prepare marketing and fundraising materials for Blackstone’s private equity funds. You will coordinate with ICS sales, deal teams, Finance, Operations and Compliance to draft pitchbooks, PPMs, talking points, LP letters, and client presentations.

Requirements include an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and 2+ years in investment banking or investor reporting; strong

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of investment banking, investor reporting, valuations, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated with experience working effectively in a dynamic team environment and navigating competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong work ethic and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation, review and maintenance of all materials related to the marketing and fundraising cycle from fund concept, pitchbook, PPM, talking points and other materials.
• Review and complete LP due diligence requests and bespoke analyses.
• Create, coordinate and review bespoke investor presentations.
• Assist in the development, preparation, and review of annual LP conference materials and annual LP letter.
• Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management.
• Work and coordinate with the broader ICS sales team, Deal teams, Finance, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to prepare marketing materials for existing LPs and prospective investors
