Requirements:

1. 4–7 years of experience in private equity fund formation.
2. Proven experience working with private fund sponsors and institutional investors.

5. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar and in good standing.
