Job summary

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Finance Analyst in Dallas to support private equity fund operations and investor reporting. Reporting to the VP, Fund Finance, you will assist with capital calls, NAV calculations, and monthly/quarterly packages while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Fund Administration, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced analytical capabilities.
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Monitor investment performance, calculate fund returns, and provide analysis to support decisions.
• Manage the investor portal and respond to investor inquiries professionally.
• Support fundraising by preparing due diligence materials and responses to requests.
• Compile and analyze financial data for AGMs and investor presentations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly fund reporting packages including NAV calculations and investor statements.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports, management fee analyses, cash flow reporting, and support audits.
• Collaborate with investment managers, fund administrators, and custodians to resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements in fund finance operations.
