Job summary

SEI is seeking a Manager for Private Equity Fund Accounting within the Investment Manager Services Division. You will act as the main client contact and oversee offshore and domestic fund accounting and onboarding.

You will lead a team through month-end valuations, audits, and GAAP compliance, while enforcing AML controls and collaborating with investment managers and service teams. Hybrid on-site presence offered.

Qualifications

BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience with Private Equity Fund Accounting / Fund Administration.
Minimum of 2 years' supervisor or manager level experience.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
This role requires a hybrid on-site presence at client site.

Responsibilities

As the main contact for clients, you will demonstrate expertise in offshore and domestic fund accounting and administration for alternative funds.
Lead the delegation of funds, onboard new fund setups, and liaise between clients and internal teams.
Coordinate and support year-end audits in accordance with GAAP accounting standards.
Perform due-diligence to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations (AML).
Generate and reconcile accounting reporting, including month-end valuations, and approve distributions.
