State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate in the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services group. You will maintain ledgers, prepare financial statements and notes, and analyze fund performance for global real estate funds and related entities.

Responsibilities include capital calls, distributions, fee calculations, and client communications. CPA or pursuing CPA is preferred, with fund/public accounting experience and strong organizational skills to deliver client deliverables.

A leader within the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services business unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Services Group.We are a team of dedicated accounting professionals who are passionate about delivering financial reporting and day-to-day accounting and administrative support to premier real estate fund clients. As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and reporting of investment and fund performance data for global real estate funds and affiliated entities

These services are fully integrated to provide complete end‑to‑end solutions that span the front‑, middle‑ and back‑office requirements of institutional investors. What you will be responsible for

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
• Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables.

Salary Range: $47,840 - $77,480 Annual
