Qualifications

• Independently own the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company.
• Prepare and review of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Analyze distribution waterfalls based on fund legal documents.
• Track cash, fundings, and investments.
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor portfolio company and prepare valuation support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review of journal entries.
• Review management fee calculations.
• Review partnership and fund IRRs on a quarterly basis.
• Prepare and track the accounting yield calculations for all debt investments.
