Responsibilities

• Interface with sponsors, fund managers, and internal coverage teams.
• Deliver tailored subscription finance solutions aligned with fund strategy and investor composition.
• Lead structuring discussions and negotiate term sheets and credit provisions with borrowers and counsel.
• Monitor covenant compliance, collateral performance, and debt facility dynamics.
