Global Banking & Markets – Capital Solutions Group in New York is seeking an Analyst to join the Private Equity Capital Call (PECC) Structuring team. The role focuses on origination, credit structuring, risk management, and client coverage for subscription finance solutions across private markets.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in underwriting or structuring fund finance products, strong financial modeling skills, and a Bachelor’s degree; CPA, CFA, or MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CFA or MBA preferred.
• Experience in underwriting or structuring fund finance products or related credit roles.
• Strong financial modeling and LP-backed underwriting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Interface with sponsors, fund managers, and coverage teams to strengthen relationships.
• Deliver tailored subscription finance solutions aligned with fund strategy and investor composition.
• Lead structuring discussions and negotiate term sheets with borrowers and counsel.
• Prepare high-quality credit approval materials and document loan structures and risk ratings.
• Monitor covenant compliance and collateral performance throughout facility life.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure policy adherence.
