DLA Piper is seeking entry-level attorneys to join our Private Equity practice in the Fall of 2027 in our Atlanta and Chicago offices. Applicants should be current third year law students with an anticipated graduation date of spring 2027.

We value innovators and collaborative teamwork. This non-partnership track position offers a comprehensive training program and exposure to client projects across practices, while maintaining a reduced billable hours requirement.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication with partners, lawyers, clients, staff and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer calls, and reply to correspondence in a timely manner.
• Analyze complex legal issues using research and applicable principles.
