DLA Piper seeks entry-level attorneys for its Private Equity practice in the Fall of 2027 in Atlanta and Chicago. Current 3Ls with a Spring 2027 graduation are encouraged to apply.

This non-partnership track program offers comprehensive training and cross-border client exposure with a reduced billable hours requirement. You will join a practice group, contribute to high‑impact client matters, and engage in pro bono efforts as part of firm initiatives.

Qualifications

• Oral communications, writing, analysis and strategic thinking are essential.
• Legal knowledge and expertise are required.
• Project management, client service orientation and leadership are valued.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with partners, lawyers, clients, staff and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, respond to inquiries, and meet deadlines.
