Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking an Associate for its New York investment team. The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting to deal execution and value creation, with direct involvement in investment decisions from day one.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in investment banking or private equity, strong models and a passion for manufacturing and industrials. The position is based in New York and requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or a closely related investing role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Genuine interest in manufacturing, industrials and lower-middle-market investing.
• Experience with completed transactions; debt-only backgrounds will not be considered.

We are working with a high-performing private equity firm that recently closed its third fund and is continuing to build out its New York investment team. The firm invests exclusively in lower-middle-market manufacturing and industrial businesses, partnering closely with management teams to drive growth and execute strategic M&A.

The team is lean and entrepreneurial, giving Associates the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting through transaction execution and portfolio value creation. The Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals and have direct exposure to investment decisions from day one.

The firm is now looking to add an Associate to its investment team in New York!

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across the manufacturing and industrial sectors

What We're Looking For
