Undisclosed is seeking an Associate for its New York investment team. The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting to deal execution and value creation, with direct involvement in investment decisions from day one.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in investment banking or private equity, strong models and a passion for manufacturing and industrials. The position is based in New York and requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or a closely related investing role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Genuine interest in manufacturing, industrials and lower-middle-market investing.
• Experience with completed transactions; debt-only backgrounds will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and investment materials.
• Conduct industry, company and market research.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution from LOI through closing.
• Work closely with management teams, advisors and other transaction stakeholders.
• Support portfolio companies and value creation initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate add-on acquisition opportunities.
