Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Private Equity Associate (Healthcare) in Montgomery County, PA to support healthcare-focused investment sourcing, modeling, due diligence, and portfolio management activities. This role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including evaluating new opportunities and supporting acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of PE, IB or advisory experience with healthcare exposure and strong analytical capabilities. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business required.
• 1+ year of private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance or related financial analysis experience required.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, Excel and PowerPoint skills essential.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate healthcare investment opportunities through financial analysis, market research and due diligence.
• Build and maintain operating models, returns analyses and valuation models.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence processes and investment committee materials.
• Assist portfolio company monitoring, performance analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare investment memoranda, valuation analyses and investor presentations.
