Responsibilities

• Support the investment team across deal sourcing, analysis, modeling and execution.
• Contribute to due diligence and documentation throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies and management teams as needed.

We're currently partnering with a well-established lower middle market private equity firm that is looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to its investment team in Iowa.
