This is an exciting chance to work on high-level private equity and corporate transactions, advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on private equity and corporate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments
• Review and draft transaction documents with substantial autonomy
• Manage complex deals from start to finish with effective deal management and a business development-oriented mindset

Ideal Candidate

• 4th to 7th year JD graduate
• Deep understanding of corporate law and market terms
