We are seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join a clients investment team. The Associate will play an integral role in evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, supporting portfolio companies, and conducting industry research. This position offers direct exposure to senior investment professionals and company management teams while providing meaningful responsibility throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Evaluation & Execution

• Assist with due diligence efforts, including coordinating third-party advisors and reviewing diligence findings.
• Participate in transaction negotiations and financing processes.
• Assist management teams and operating partners with strategic initiatives and value creation opportunities.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, and recapitalization transactions.
• Prepare board materials and participate in portfolio company meetings.

Origination & Research

• Track industry trends and identify attractive investment themes.
• Develop relationships with investment banks, intermediaries, executives, and advisors.
• Assist with sourcing and screening new investment opportunities.

Qualifications
