The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in Private Equity or investment banking, holds a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Private Equity, investment banking, or M&A.
• Exposure to manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sourcing initiatives for deal flow.
• Prepare financial models and materials for investment committee.
• Oversee intern program and mentorship.
