Tecum Capital Management in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Private Equity Analyst/Associate to join its investment team on-site. This full-time role offers broad exposure across the deal lifecycle—from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio management and value creation.

You will build financial models, conduct market research, support add-on acquisitions, KPI tracking, and communicate with management teams and financing sources.

Formación

• Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements, and quantitative techniques.
• Business intuition and critical thinking to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Self-starter with effective time management across multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate opportunities by reviewing CIMs, due diligence, and memos.
• Build financial models in Excel to analyze returns and creditworthiness.
• Conduct business and market research, including calls with industry experts.
• Support portfolio companies with financial analysis, KPI management, and growth initiatives.
• Assist with monthly KPI tracking, covenant compliance, and valuations.
• Participate in meetings with management, financing sources, M&A intermediaries, and investors.
