Cendry focuses on acquiring, stabilizing, and strengthening mission-critical aerospace and defense companies — the businesses that produce components and systems modern defense platforms depend on. The firm targets companies that are too complex for generalist investors, too important to fail, and too specialized to understand without deep aerospace and defense operating experience.This is not a back-office role: the Analyst will work directly alongside investment and operating leadership across the full deal lifecycle including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and portfolio value creation across platforms like VAERO and VECCO.Key responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, valuation analyses, and diligence materials; researching acquisition targets across aerospace and defense, precision manufacturing, and industrial supply chains; supporting live transactions including corporate carve-outs, founder-owned successions, and OEM supplier acquisitions; and tracking portfolio performance while partnering with operators on value-creation initiatives.Cendry is seeking candidates with 1-3 years in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or A&D corporate finance.
