Finance and Accounting Department

Our department comprises two teams: Corporate Finance and Private Equity Administration. The Corporate Finance team handles accounting, reporting, and budgeting, while the Private Equity Administration team supports our private equity investments with operational, analytical, and accounting tasks.

Private Equity Administration Team

This team supports private equity operations by managing analytics, capital calls, reporting, and financial statements. Candidates will gain exposure to all aspects of operational and reporting cycles, suitable for those with intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset.

Role Summary

The Private Equity Accountant I will perform basic accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Record journal entries and maintain general ledgers for each fund.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Manage documentation related to fund investments, including capital calls, distributions, and partner statements.
  • Support quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.
Minimum Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PC skills
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with urgency
  • Basic understanding of the investment industry
Preferred Skills & Experience

Knowledge of private equity software is a plus, but proactive learners can develop skills on the job with team support.

Compensation
