Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a well-established ENT practice in the Greater Boston area to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist. The role offers a guaranteed salary plus year-one production bonus with income potential above the MGMA 90th percentile.

A partnership track with immediate profit sharing and surgery center ownership is available, along with competitive benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Otolaryngology (preferred)
• Eligibility for residents considered from ABMS pathway
• Experience in Otolaryngology is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide general ENT care including rhinology, laryngology, and otology
• Utilize onsite audiology and ENG testing equipment as part of patient assessments
• Collaborate with PA support and hospital-based resources to deliver comprehensive care
