Jackson Physician Search is assisting a successful private ENT practice with a 30+ year history in the Boston area to recruit a top ENT surgeon. The role includes general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, and otology duties, supported by PA staff at both locations, with an onsite lab, audiology, ENG testing, and videostroboscopy.
A guaranteed salary with year-one production bonus upside is offered, with potential income above the 90th percentile MGMA.
Qualifications
- American Board Certified (or eligible for residents) in Otolaryngology.
