Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active Missouri licensure.
• Passion for pediatric and/or young adult care; home health experience is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a professional, team-oriented attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized, compassionate nursing care to clients with complex medical needs
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in health status and treatment responses
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Support and empower families through education and collaboration

Who You Are:

• Registered Nurse (RN)or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)with active Missouri licensure
• Experienced in or passionate about pediatric and/or young adult care (home health experience is a plus)
• Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
• Committed to delivering safe, nurturing, and high-quality care
• Strong communicator with a professional, team-oriented attitude
