Job summary

Pediatric Home Service in Irving, TX is seeking an RN or LVN to provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive at home. You’ll work closely with families to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team, with specialized training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care. Up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for qualifying shifts.

• Client Specifics: Infant with G-tube

• Night Hours: Fri & Sat 7p-7a
• Client Specifics: 3 year old with trach, vent, and G-tube
• Up to a $2,500 Sign On Bonus!
