Job summary

Qualifications

• Texas RN or LVN licensure required or eligible.
• Pediatric home health care experience preferred but training provided.
• Able to perform in-home care including basic medical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home nursing care.
• Collaborate with families and care team to implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate charts and report progress to supervisors.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
