Avail Home Health in Washington State is hiring a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN or LPN. You will deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, helping medically fragile individuals live comfortably with families at home.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a comprehensive orientation, and the opportunity to work across Washington State with 1:1 patient care. New graduates are welcome to apply and join a compassionate team.

Qualificações

• WA State RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care one-on-one in patients' homes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and family members; document care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date charting.
