Avail Home Health in Washington State is seeking a Private Duty RN or LPN for part-time or full-time roles. You’ll deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes, maintaining a compassionate and professional presence while supporting families and the broader care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN or LPN in Washington State
• Current CPR certification
• New graduates are welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care one-on-one with patients in their homes
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients and families; collaborate with other healthcare providers
• Keep patient charts up-to-date and accurate
