Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Hawaii Kai, O'ahu is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for private-duty, one-on-one home care. You will assess, monitor, and support patients in their homes, delivering high-quality nursing care.

Ideal candidates hold Hawaii RN license and CPR/BLS, enjoy hands-on care, and can manage medications and mobility support. Per diem shifts and a consistent schedule are available, with pay ranging from $70 to $90 per hour for 25+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong nursing assessment and clinical judgment.
• Experience with higher-acuity or medically complex patients a plus.
• Comfort with hands-on care, medication management, mobility/transfer assistance, and respiratory support.
• Tracheostomy or ventilator experience a plus - not required.
• Dependable, self-directed, and comfortable working one-on-one in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide private-duty, one-on-one home nursing care in the Hawaii Kai area.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and document care.

Private Duty RN - Home Care | Hawaii Kai, O'ahu

Pay: $70-$90/hour | 25+ hours/week | Benefits available

Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday preferred, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (additional per diem shifts available 7 days a week)
