Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking an experienced RN for private-duty, one-on-one home care in the Hawaii Kai area of O‘ahu. Responsibilities

• Provide private-duty, one-on-one RN care in patients' homes on Hawaii Kai, O‘ahu.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with families and physicians to adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety in a home setting.

Private Duty RN - Home Care | Hawaii Kai, O'ahu

Pay: $75-$90/hour | 25+ hours/week | Benefits available

Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday preferred, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (additional per diem shifts available 7 days a week)

Always Best Care is seeking experienced, dependable Registered Nurses for private-duty, one-on-one home care in the Hawaii Kai area.

Ideal Candidates Have:

• Current Hawaii RN license and CPR/BLS certification
• Strong nursing assessment and clinical judgment
• Experience with higher-acuity or medically complex patients a plus
• Comfort with hands-on care, medication management, mobility/transfer assistance, and respiratory support
• Tracheostomy or ventilator experience a plus - not required
• Dependable, self-directed, and comfortable working one-on-one in a home setting
