Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty care in a skilled nursing setting. You will travel to client homes to deliver one-on-one nursing services.

You will follow physicians' orders, perform assessments, document observations, and build trusted relationships with clients across ages from infants to elderly. The position offers flexible scheduling and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, in-good-standing RN license.
• Ability to travel to client homes and provide in-home assessments.

Responsibilities
