Job summary

Alliance Homecare is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) with private nursing experience to join our team for in-home care. You’ll provide concierge-level, client-centered nursing, tailoring care plans to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN License (BSN required).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage medications and chronic conditions.
• Provide specialized care such as G-tube feeding, wound care, infusion therapies (IV/PICC), and more.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs with clinical expertise and attentiveness.
• Educate and guide families, ensuring peace of mind through clear communication.
