TheKey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home care in Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens, FL and surrounding areas. Starting pay is $40.00–$45.00+ per hour with weekly pay and daily pay options. Day/Evening shifts, flexible schedules, and per-diem options are available to fit your life balance.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Proficiency in IV placement, port access, and PICC line care.
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment and basic digital charting skills; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion).
• Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.
