BAYADA Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who loves homecare to join our Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. We believe our clients deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

On Day 1 you’ll meet our Administrator and support staff, participate in paid orientation, and begin hands-on training. You’ll travel to client homes and document orders, assessments, and observations with care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and provide care in home settings.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty home health nursing per the plan of care.
• Assess and document client conditions and changes.
• Follow physician orders and document observations.
• Travel to client homes and coordinate care with families.
