BAYADA's Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join our Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. You will travel to clients' homes to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care under physician orders and document observations.

We emphasize a comprehensive onboarding with paid orientation and hands-on training from Day 1, plus flexible schedules (days, evenings, nights) and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (diploma or degree).
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes to provide private duty home health care.
• Follow physicians' orders and properly document interventions.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
