Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state where you practice.
• Current Health Certificate as required by RN contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray and a current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in 1:1 home health settings.
• Initiates plan of care and requests revisions as patient status changes.
• Delivers therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
