The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate one-on-one skilled nursing care in a patient’s home in Virginia. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and deliver prescribed medications and treatments, while monitoring chronic and acute conditions.

You will educate patients and families to support safe, effective care and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered service.

Qualifikationen
