Qualifications

• Valid Illinois LPN license required for employment.
• Must have at least one year of nursing experience.
• Private Duty experience preferred, but not required.
• Current CPR certification necessary.
• Recent TB test is required.
• Must provide a yearly physical document.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Manage supplies and ensure proper care delivery.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams for personalized care plans.

Job Type

Part-time & Full-time.

Shifts Available

• Day time shift (Monday to Friday).
• Evening shift (Monday to Friday).

Pay

$35.00 - $43.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Current Illinois LPN license.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
• Private Duty experience preferred, but not required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Recent TB test (within last year).
• Yearly Physical document.
