Job summary

Serenity Home Healthcare, INC. is seeking licensed nurses to provide one-on-one private duty care for a 15-year-old male patient in the Wheaton area (60187) with a trach, vent, and G-tube.

Positions available on both part-time and full-time schedules; fluorish scheduling and 24/7 staffing support are provided, with competitive compensation and benefits. Current IL RN or LPN license and CPR certification required, along with TB test within the last year and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• G-tube experience required.
• Trach experience required.
• Private Duty experience preferred, but not required.
• CPR certification required.
• Recent TB test within last year.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation and supply management.
• Physically able to perform the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to a 15-year-old male patient with trach, vent and G-tube in Wheaton area.
• Under physician direction, work with an interdisciplinary home health team to establish a personalized care plan.
• Maintain documentation, manage supplies and ensure high-quality patient care consistent with agency standards.
