Job summary

Serenity Home Healthcare, INC. is seeking nurses to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to a 15-year-old male patient in the Wheaton area (60187) with a trach, Vent, and G-Tube. We train nurses who are open to learning and welcome new grads.

Our RN's and LPN's receive 24/7 support from experienced Staffing Coordinators, with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation and benefits. Requirements include Illinois RN or LPN license, minimum 1 year nursing experience, G tube and trach

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Gtube experience required.
• Trach experience required.
• CPR certification current.
• Recent TB test (within last year).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
• Skillful, accurate and timely clinical documentation and supply management.
• Physically able to perform the job duties required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to a 15-year-old patient with trach, ventilator support, and a G-Tube.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and supply management.
• Coordinate care with family, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team.

*Nurse(s) must have trach and G Tube experience. We also train nurses who are open to learning. We accept new grads.
