Job summary

PediCare Nursing Agency in Lucedale, MS is seeking Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for an infant at home. We offer 12-hour day and night shifts with full-time, part-time, or PRN options and consistent weekday coverage.

Responsibilities include tracheostomy care, NG feeding, medication administration, and respiratory monitoring. Requires MS RN license, current BLS, TB screening in past 12 months, and at least 1 year of pediatric or private duty experience.

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current TB screening within the past 12 months.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Pediatric, NICU, tracheostomy, or private duty experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the physician's plan of care.
• Perform nursing assessments and ordered treatments.
• Manage tracheostomy care, airway interventions, and NG tube feedings.
• Administer medications and assist with daily care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient concerns.
• Support and educate the patient's family.
