Team Select Home Care provides private duty nursing for pediatric and adult patients in home settings. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and mentorship programs for new graduates.

As an LPN in Kokomo, IN, you’ll administer medications, educate families, document care, and work with a compassionate team under RN supervision. Join us to make a difference with heart and flexibility.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• CPR certification is required.
• IV certification may be required by state mandate.

Responsabilidades

• Furnishes services, treatments and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned per the plan of care, in accordance with agency policies.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; documents appropriately.
• Teaches and counsels the patient and family regarding nursing care at home.
• Maintains accurate and complete records of observations, treatments and care of patient.
