Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a home-based LPN to deliver one-on-one patient care in patients' homes. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans while coordinating with the healthcare team.

The role offers stable hours, long-term assignments, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work with day, evening, and overnight shifts, supported by a local clinical and office team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
