Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking compassionate nurses to provide private duty nursing to a single patient in the home. You will manage medications and therapies, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (LVN or RN).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate medical records using a web-based EMR system.

Job description

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.
The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.

We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.

Sign-on Bonus

• Full-time $500.00 30 hours or more a week
• Part-time $375.00 minimum of 20 hours a week

Schedule

• 44-Year-old Female Needing Nursing Monday-Friday 8 hours a day
• Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less
• Days/Nights/Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
