Amazing Care Home Health in Texas seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide private duty nursing in patients’ homes, focusing on one patient per shift with flexible day and night schedules.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, document care in an electronic system, and collaborate with a supportive healthcare team while enjoying on-the-job training and growth opportunities in a patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short shifts or longer days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.

Schedule:

• Full-Time/Part-Time
• Day and Night Shifts Available
• Current Case Openings:
  • San Jaun, TX
  • 1 year old female - High Acuity
  • Schedule
    • Days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am- 7pm
    • Nights: Sunday through Saturday 7pm-7am (All Shifts Open)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
